Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 September 2026. These terms govern your use of 101Wealth Terminal at 101wealth.in (the "Service").

1. What the Service is, and is not

101Wealth Terminal is a research data tool for Indian listed equities. It presents figures derived from public filings and market data, with their sources, and answers research questions with cited numbers.

The Service does not provide investment advice. It is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. Nothing on the Service is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security. The Service deliberately refuses questions that ask for buy, sell, or hold opinions. All investment decisions are yours alone; consider consulting a SEBI-registered adviser before acting.

2. Data, accuracy, and the self-audit

Figures are extracted from public sources (exchange filings, market feeds) by automated pipelines and can contain errors or lags. The Service runs automated cross-checks and withholds figures it cannot stand behind, showing a plain-language reason instead. Data is provided as-is, without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Do not treat any figure as a substitute for the primary filing.

3. Accounts and fair use

Free access is metered per visitor. Paid ("Pro") access is personal and non-transferable. Automated scraping, resale of the data, or attempts to circumvent metering or safety controls are prohibited.

4. Payments

Pro is billed in INR via Razorpay. Prices are shown at checkout. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its operator are not liable for any loss (including trading or investment loss) arising from use of the Service or reliance on its data. The Service's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding month.

6. Changes and termination

We may update the Service or these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
